Our online rent payment program is powered by Stripe!

You can easily pay the amount of your monthly rent (as described in your lease) by going to the corresponding tabs under the websites menu. The online payment method is currently only available for rent payments and can NOT be used for other transactions such as security deposits.

All transactions are made in USD.

Refunds

If you feel you need a refund, due to an accidental payment or have made a mistake please contact your property manager ASAP along with submitting a contact form. Please note due to processing fees there may be fees incurred on your part. The sooner you are able to reach us the better chance at avoid fees.

Once your payment is processed your rent is considered paid! Whoo hoo!

Cancellations

If you enroll in recurring payments for rent you may opt out at any time, whether it is termination or your lease or you prefer a different payment method!

Security

Security is always a big issue, especially when financials are involved, this is why we chose to use Stripes software to process all your payments. None of your secured payment information gets stored on our server at any time. The information we do store such as your name and contact information and rental address is stored securely for our records.
